Moving on to Tang Soo Do where he trained for 16 years and is still an associate instructor. With the interest in martial arts and  the desire to one day become a body builder, Primo quickly started developing a system that would become un-touchable in the fitness world.  I wont give away all of my secrets here, but I do make my clients do some outrageous stuff from time to time. and, I always gaurantee serious results!</p>
