Central Nervous System

Getting the body’s muscular structure to relax will more effectively allow your central nervous system to relax, which is very important, as stress is  highly responsible for the secretion of CORTISOL!!! (a muscle-killing, fat-storing, nervous system-wrecking hormone). Your nervous system takes a beating on a daily bases especialy if you excersize regularly or lift weights.  Here are some tips to ease stress on your nervous system. A  slighlty higher protein intake, (approx.1gram per pound of muscle mass)  quality sleep, AND, five full days off from training once every 60 days will give your Entire-body time to heal.
